Ingredients

  • 2 slices Crusty bread about 3 inches each
  • 1/2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder or more if needed
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler on low.
  • Drizzle the bread with oil. Evenly sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Place under the broiler until golden brown. Serve.
