Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh dill Chopped
  • 3/4 cup Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp Celery minced
  • 1 tbsp Red bell pepper diced small
  • 1 tbsp Red onion diced small

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until serving.
