Ingredients

Sweet Matcha:

  • 2 tsp Matcha powder
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 2 TBSP Honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup Milk (optional for a creamier matcha)

Frozen Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 Bananas sliced and frozen
  • 2 Pitted dates
  • 4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 TBSP Ground flaxseed
  • Ice cubes

Toppings:

  • 2 TBSP Granola
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin seeds
  • ½ Banana sliced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until the matcha is fully dissolved. Add honey (or sweetener of choice) to the matcha and whisk until well combined. If you prefer a creamier matcha, add hot milk and mix until smooth. Pour into a mug.
  • Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender; blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your desired toppings. Immediately enjoy your refreshing frozen pumpkin smoothie bowl with a delightful sweet matcha.
