Ingredients

Croutons

  • 1 slice Crusty bread cut into cubes 1/4" thick
  • 1/2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil

Seasoning

  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Caesar Salad

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice fresh-squeezed
  • ½ tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ TBSP Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped

French Bread Pizza:

  • 1 French baguette sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Your choice of toppings (such as pepperoni; bell peppers; mushrooms; onions; olives; etc.)

Homemade Lemonade

  • 4 Lemons juiced (about 1/4 cup of Lemon juice per serving)
  • 20 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per instructions above.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Drizzle the oil over the bread cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Spread in a single layer over the baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crisp (about 10-12 minutes). Then set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil while whisking constantly. Whisk in parmesan. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay the baguette halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each half.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Place the baking sheet with the prepared French bread pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the baguette are slightly crispy.
  • Remove the French bread pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly before slicing them into individual portions.
  • Prepare the Caesar salad by tossing Romaine lettuce with Caesar salad dressing. Top with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix the ingredients for the lemonade.
  • Serve the French Bread Pizza with Caesar salad and homemade lemonade.
