Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 4 slices Naan Sandwich Rounds
- 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 2 Pickle spears
- 1 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl mix the mayo and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread onto both pieces of naan.
- Layer the bread with cheese, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, spinach and cheese on top.
- Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively use a nonstick pan greased with nonstick spray cook the sandwich on both sides to golden brown covered with a lid to melt the cheese)
- Cut the sandwich in half, serve with pickles and chips.
