Ingredients

  • 6 oz Chicken sausage links sliced
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread toasted

Cream of Wheat

  • 8 tbsp Cream of wheat cereal
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • In a saucepan or pot add the cream of wheat, milk, and water (cook using the instructions on the cream of wheat package). Once cooked, remove from the heat and mix in the butter, sugar and season with salt to your desired taste. Cover with a lid to keep warm until you are ready to serve.
  • In a nonstick pan on medium heat nicely brown the chicken sausage on both sides. Toast the bread.
  • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan,
