Ingredients
- 1 cup Baby potatoes halved
- 2 tsp Fresh dill minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat, add the potatoes then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until a fork easily slides in and out with little resistance, about 5 to 8 minutes. Then drain well.
- Spread the potatoes into a thin layer and refrigerate to cool more quickly.
- Toss the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
