Ingredients
- 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions
- Line an appropriately sized baking dish or deep baking tray of choice with plastic wrap and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate and peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second increments stirring after each time until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Then mix in the cereal and syrup.
- Pour into the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm (at least an hour). Cut into even bars and serve.
