  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots shredded
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream or more if needed
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 tsp Hot sauce optional

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
