Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Remove from the heat. Let the rice sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
