Ingredients
- 2 Croissant cut in half horizontally
- 1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips melted (use more if needed)
- 4 slices Cantaloupe seeds scooped out rind on, Large slices

- Heavy cream or your choice creamer
- Sugar or your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). While the oven is heating, prep ingredients.
- Prep the cantaloup and cut the croissant per instruction above.
- Make the croissants: Warm the croissant in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes. While baking, make the coffee and melt the chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Make the coffee according to the directions on the coffee maker.
- Spread the melted chocolate inside both halves of the croissant, then put both halves together and drizzle some over top.
- Serve: Transfer the croissant to a plate. Enjoy with cantaloupe and coffee (with cream and sugar if desired).
