Ingredients

Chocolate Banana Smoothie with Strawberries:

  • 2 Bananas peeled sliced and frozen
  • 2 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 4 Strawberries washed and sliced

Bagel with Garlic Chive Cream Cheese:

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted (flavor of your choice)
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • The night before, peel, slice, and freeze the ripe banana.
  • In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, cocoa powder, and milk.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach the desired consistency. Set aside.
  • Toast the bagel halves until golden and crispy.
  • Spread garlic chive cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  • Pour the chocolate banana smoothie into a glass.
  • Top each smoothie with sliced strawberries.
  • Serve the bagel with smoothie. Enjoy!
