Ingredients
Caesar Dressing - or use store bought dressing
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp Anchovy paste
- 4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Wrap
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 Tortilla wraps 8 inch
- 3/4 lb Chicken breast boneless skinless grilled and sliced into strips
Pretzels and dip
- 4 oz Mini pretzels
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan on top of the stove. Season chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook 4- 6 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is achieved. Cut into strips and serve on top of salad.
- In a small bowl or using a food processor, whisk together the oil, garlic, dijon, Worcestershire, lemon juice and parmesan. (and anchovy paste if using)
- Mix together the yellow mustard and honey in a bowl.
- Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing until it is evenly coated. Lay the lettuce on the wrap, top with sliced chicken, fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve with pretzels and honey mustard.
