Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 oz Colby cheese sliced
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips your preference of chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Season ground chicken with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Use your hands to form mixture into equal patties. Place them on the grill and cook on both sides to an internal temperature of 160°F using a thermometer.
  • Before the burger is fully cooked, melt the cheese over top.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ketchup and mayo.
  • Toast the buns golden brown. Spread the ketchup and mayo mix on the bun.
  • Layer the bun with the burger, lettuce, and tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper. Serve with pickles and chips.
