Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup White rice rinsed
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 6 oz Red kidney beans canned

Instructions

  • Rinse the rice and drain well. Add the rice to a saucepan with the recommended water according to the instructions on the package. Add the thyme, coconut milk, beans, and season with salt and pepper; cover with a lid. Cook according to the instruction on the package. Remove the thyme sprigs and season with salt to taste before serving.
