Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped

Caesar Dressing - or use store bought dressing

  • 3 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing until fully combined Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any of the ingredients to taste.
  • Toss the lettuce with the dressing and serve.
