Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower stem removed and cut into bite sized florets
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Place the cauliflower florets into a baking dish. Toss with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, breadcrumbs, and paprika over top and bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
