Ingredients
Sandwich and Soup
- 2.5 cups Chicken noodle soup store bought or make your own (see recipe in menu)
- 4 slices White bread toasted if desired
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise optional
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard optional
- 6 oz Bologna sliced
- 4 slices American cheese
- 6 - 8 Crackers
- 2 Pickle spears
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Place the chicken soup in a pot over medium low heat. Bring to a low simmer until hot. If making home made soup refer to the recipe in the menu.
- Lightly toast the bread (if desired). Then spread with mayo or mustard or both to your liking.
- Layer the sandwich with bologna and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with soup, crackers, pickle, and lemonade.
