Ingredients
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 4 large Medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP Flaxseed meal aka ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1.5 cups Almond milk (or sub any milk of choice!)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to thin out. Serve.
