Ingredients
Sandwich
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise more if needed
- 1 cups Green leaf lettuce
- 4 slices Beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3-inch-long sticks
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 2 Pickle spears
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Place the bacon in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy. Then set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
- Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
- Cut in half and serve with carrot sticks, ranch, pickle, and lemonade.
