Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 clove Garlic minced
  • 6 oz Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 Cucumber chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 oz Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients except for the tortilla chips. Season generously with salt and pepper to your desired taste. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
