  • 2 tbsp Red onion minced
  • 1/2 cup Black beans
  • 3/4 cup Corn
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients until combined well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime or oil as needed.
