Ingredients

  • 4 halves Italian Bread 6 inch pieces
  • 12 slices Fresh mozzarella
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef shaved
  • 4 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
  • 4 tsp Balsamic glaze or more if desired

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Then top with shaved beef.
  • Garnish with basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
