Ingredients

BBQ Rib Sandwich

  • 8 oz Cooked barbecue ribs bones removed (leftover from Wed. dinner)
  • 4 slices Brioche buns
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices Vidalia onion sliced thin
  • 8 Pickle chips
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks or use baby carrots
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Warm the ribs on a baking sheet until hot.
  • Toast the rolls, optional.
  • Assemble Sandwiches: Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Place the ribs on the bun, drizzle with bbq sauce. Top each with sliced onions and pickles. Place the remaining slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
  • Mix the ingredients for the lemon sparkling water.
  • Serve barbecue rib sandwiches with carrots and ranch and lemon sparkling water.
