Ingredients

Bacon Egg and Cheese

  • 4 slices White bread toasted
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cherries

  • 2 cups Fresh cherries washed and pitted

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • Toast the bread.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices on both sides until they are crispy. Remove them from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Heat the butter in a nonstick pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are firm. Top with cheese. Cook for 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Place the cooked bacon slices on the toasted bread.
  • Top the bacon with eggs.
  • Cover the eggs with the remaining slices of toasted bread. Cut in half.
  • Serve the sandwich with cherries and orange juice. Enjoy!
