Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green cabbage shredded, (or use cabbage mix)
  • 1/2 cup Carrot peeled and shredded
  • 2 tbsp Dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Pepitas (aka hulled pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or more if needed

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, cranberries, and pepitas.
  • Mix in the mayo and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
