Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 -1.5 cup Milk your choice of milk dair or non dairy (almond, cashew, coconut, etc).
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 4 tsp Maple syrup sub honey or your favorite sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
Cinnamon Apples
- 1 cup Apple diced small
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- pinch Ground cinnamon
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer optional
- Your choice of sweetener optional
Instructions
- Mix ingredients for overnight oats: Add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon into a mason jar. Refrigerate overnight.
- Prep cinnamon apples: Add chopped apple pieces, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir together to coat apples. Heat until the apples have softened. Then set aside.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Stir the apples and nuts into the oats. Save some apples for topping.
- Serve the oats with coffee.
