Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 -1.5 cup Milk your choice of milk dair or non dairy (almond, cashew, coconut, etc).
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 4 tsp Maple syrup sub honey or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped

Cinnamon Apples

  • 1 cup Apple diced small
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • pinch Ground cinnamon

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer optional
  • Your choice of sweetener optional

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients for overnight oats: Add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon into a mason jar. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Prep cinnamon apples: Add chopped apple pieces, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir together to coat apples. Heat until the apples have softened. Then set aside.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Stir the apples and nuts into the oats. Save some apples for topping.
  • Serve the oats with coffee.
