Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 12 Black olives pitted
- 12 Green olives pitted
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- pinch Red pepper flakes optional
- 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
- 2 tbsp Banana peppers sliced
- 8 Crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, olives, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Arrange the roasted peppers, banana peppers, and crackers on the plate with the marinated olives. Serve.
