Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1/2 stalk Celery chopped
- 1/4 Cucumber chopped
- 2 tbsp Red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla
- 8 Leaves Romaine hearts chopped
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor blend the yogurt, celery, cucumber, red onion, dill, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the turkey.
- Layer the wrap with tomato drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, turkey salad, and swiss. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve 1/2 wrap with soup (see recipe).
