Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut the leaves to fit the bread
  • 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mustard on each slice.
  • Layer with lettuce, ham, tomato and season with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.

Notes

Make a full sandwich if desired
