Ingredients
Turkey Wraps
- 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by washing produce, slicing the vegetables, and measuring the seasonings.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over each wrap.
- Layer with arugula, tomato slices, deli turkey, provolone cheese, drizzle lightly with extra-virgin olive oil, red onion, pepperoncini, and sliced avocado. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps. Slice in half if desired.
- In a large glass or pitcher, combine the cold sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds, stirring well to prevent clumping. Let sit for 2–3 minutes so the chia seeds can fully hydrate before serving.
- Serve the turkey wraps with potato chips and lemon chia sparkling water.
