Ingredients
Turkey Wraps
- 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
Chips
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as instructed.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over each wrap.
- Layer the arugula, tomato slices, deli turkey, and provolone cheese onto the wraps.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil, then add the red onion, pepperoncini, and sliced avocado. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Fold in the sides of each wrap and roll tightly to form a secure wrap. Slice in half if desired.
- In a large glass or pitcher, combine the sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly, let sit for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve the turkey wraps with potato chips and lemon chia sparkling water.
