Ingredients
Turkey Wrap
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly onto each tortilla wrap.
- Layer with arugula, tomato slices drizzled lightly with olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano, deli turkey breast, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and sliced avocado. Fold in the sides of each wrap and roll tightly to secure. Cut in half.
- Combine sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well and let sit briefly to allow the chia seeds to expand. Stir again before serving.
- Serve the turkey wrap with potato chips and lemon chia sparkling water.
