- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 6 leaves Romaine lettuce trimmed to fit the bread

- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 Pickle spears
- 1 Apple sliced
Pineapple Orange Juice Spritzer
- 6 oz Pineapple juice chilled
- 6 oz Orange juice chilled
- 12 oz Sparkling water
Instructions
- Cook the bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon on both sides until crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. (For food safety, ensure bacon is cooked to a crisp texture.)
- Toast the bread: While the bacon is cooking, lightly toast the bread slices to your preference.
- Prepare the spread: Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place romaine lettuce on two slices of toasted bread. Add tomato slices and season with salt and black pepper.
