Ingredients

Turkey Wrap

  • 2 Whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • Spread mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla wrap.
  • Layer with arugula, tomato slices season with salt, black pepper, and oregano, deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and sliced avocado.
  • Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Cut in half.
  • Pour sparkling water over lemon slices and gently stir. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the wraps with potato chips and lemon sparkling water.
