Ingredients

Supreme Pizza

  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper sliced
  • 3 oz Ground sausage
  • ½ cup Onion thinly sliced
  • 3 oz Pepperoni sliced
  • cup Black olives sliced
  • 1 ball Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • All-purpose flour as needed for rolling
  • Nonstick spray
  • cups Marinara sauce
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped

Kombucha

  • 24 oz Kombucha

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and green bell pepper and cook until softened, then remove from the pan.
  • Add the ground sausage to the same pan and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the pizza dough according to package directions or your preferred method.
  • Lightly flour a clean work surface and stretch or roll the dough evenly, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
  • Place the dough onto a baking sheet, pizza pan, or pizza stone prepared with nonstick spray if needed.
  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 inch border around the edge.
  • Top with mozzarella, mushrooms, green bell pepper, sausage, onion, pepperoni, and black olives.
  • Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted, rotating the pan halfway through cooking, about 20 - 22 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest briefly. Sprinkle with fresh basil optional.
  • Serve with kombucha.
