Ingredients

Superfood Smoothie

  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Dates pitted
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • ½ tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 tsp Goji berries optional soaked and drained
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen optional for topping

Pineapple Kiwi Lime Zest & Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks ripe peeled cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 Kiwi ripe peeled and sliced
  • ¼ tsp Lime zest
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as noted, soaking and draining the goji berries if using.
  • Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, cacao powder, rolled oats, protein powder, honey, and maca powder if using to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed for desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and top with goji berries and bee pollen if using.
  • Combine kiwi and pineapple in a bowl, then sprinkle with chia seeds and lime zest.
  • Serve the cacao superfood smoothie alongside the fresh fruit and enjoy.
