Ingredients

Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie

  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • ½ tsp Maca powder (optional)
  • ½ TBSP Honey
  • 3 cups Milk (your choice)
  • 2 tsp Goji berries soaked and drained (optional)
  • ½ Dates Pitted
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen (optional, for topping)

Kiwi Banana Avocado + Chia Seeds

  • 2 Kiwis peeled
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
  • Prepare the cacao superfood smoothie: Add cacao powder, peanut butter, banana, rolled oats, maca powder if using, honey, milk, date, and protein powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Serve the smoothie alongside fruit.
