Ingredients

Green Tea

  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 bags Green Tea or 1 tsp loose leaf green tea per serving

Raisin Bran Topped with Bananas

  • 2 cups Raisin bran cereal
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or plant based
  • 1 Banana sliced

Cottage Cheese with Honey Drizzle

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese low fat high protein brand such as Good Culture
  • 1 cup Mixed fruit such as berries or pineapple chunks
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Heat water until hot but not boiling. Steep green tea for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove tea bags or strain and set aside.
  • Portion raisin bran into bowls. Add milk and top evenly with sliced banana.
  • Portion cottage cheese into bowls. Top with fruit and drizzle with honey.
  • Serve raisin bran alongside cottage cheese and hot green tea.
