Raisin Bran with Bananas

  • 2 cups Raisin bran cereal
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or plant based
  • 1 Banana sliced

Cottage Cheese with Fruit and Honey

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese low fat high protein
  • 1 cup Mixed fruit such as berries or pineapple chunks
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Portion the raisin bran and add milk. Top with sliced banana.
  • Serve the cereal with cottage cheese topped with fruit and honey and coffee.
