Ingredients
PB Honey Banana & Cinnamon on Whole Grain
- 4 slices Whole wheat bread
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 tsp Honey
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/3 cup Hummus
Apples and Cheese
- 1 Apple sliced
- 1 oz Your choice of block cheese sliced
Almond Milk
- 2 cups Almond milk chilled
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Place the bread slices on a clean surface. Spread peanut butter evenly onto the bread.
- Layer sliced banana onto the bread. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Press the bread slices together to form the sandwich.
- Serve the sandwich with apple slices and cheese, carrots and hummus, and almond milk.
