Ingredients

PB Honey Banana & Cinnamon on Whole Grain

  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon

Carrots and Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/3 cup Hummus

Apples and Cheese

  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 1 oz Your choice of block cheese sliced

Almond Milk

  • 2 cups Almond milk chilled

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • Place the bread slices on a clean surface. Spread peanut butter evenly onto the bread.
  • Layer sliced banana onto the bread. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Press the bread slices together to form the sandwich.
  • Serve the sandwich with apple slices and cheese, carrots and hummus, and almond milk.
