Ingredients
PB and J
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 2 TBSP Strawberry jelly
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/3 cup Hummus
Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
- 1 cup Mixed berries
- 1/3 cup Granola divided
- 1 cup Greek yogurt divided
Lemon Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
- Toast the bread optional.
- Spread peanut butter onto one slice of bread and strawberry jelly onto another slice.
- Press the slices together to form a sandwich. Cut in half.
- Build Your Parfaits: Layer granola, yogurt, and berries in alternating layers in a bowl or glass.
- Add lemon slices to sparkling water. Add ice cubes if desired.
- Serve the sandwich with carrots and hummus, fruit and yogurt parfait, and lemon sparkling water.
