Ingredients

Jambon Beurre Sandwich

  • 4 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
  • 2 TBSP Butter softened
  • 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
  • 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • ½ TBSP Lemon juice
  • ½ French baguette cut into 6-inch pieces and sliced in half horizontally
  • 6 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Let Brie sit at room temperature to soften.
  • In a bowl, mix butter, chives, parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss arugula with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the herb butter evenly on the bottom half of the baguette.
  • Layer with ham, Brie, and season with salt and pepper. Top with arugula and cover with the top half of the baguette.
  • In a pitcher, mix lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Enjoy the jambon beurre with chips, a pickle, and fresh lemonade.
