Ingredients
Jambon Beurre
- 2 TBSP Butter softened
- 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
- 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 TBSP Lemon juice
- 2 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
- 2 Sub rolls or french baguette cut into 6-inch pieces
- 6 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
Lemon Sparkling Water
- 16 oz Sparkling water
- 2 slices Lemon
Sides
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks, or baby carrots
- 1/2 cup Hummus
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients as listed.
- Slice the Brie cheese and allow it to sit at room temperature until softened for easier spreading.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced chives, minced parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, toss the arugula with lemon juice and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the herb butter mixture inside the rolls.
- Layer with deli ham, Brie cheese, and arugula, then top with the remaining half to form the sandwich. Cut in half if preferred.
- Add lemon slices to the sparkling water, add ice if desired, and serve chilled.
- Serve the jambon beurre alongside carrot sticks, hummus, and lemon sparkling water.
