Ingredients
Jambon Beurre
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
 - 2 TBSP Butter softened
 - 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
 - 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
 - ½ tsp Dijon mustard
 - 1 clove Garlic grated
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 - 1 cup Arugula tossed with lemon juice
 - ½ TBSP Lemon juice
 - 2 Sub rolls or baguette (6-inch pieces)
 - 6 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
 - 2 oz Potato chips
 - 2 Pickle spears
 
Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
 - 16 oz Water
 - 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
 - Ice cubes
 
Instructions
- Let the sliced brie sit out at room temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.
 - Prep the ingredients as described above (e.g., mince herbs, grate garlic, and slice bread).
 - In a bowl, mix butter, chives, parsley, Dijon mustard, and garlic until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
 - Add arugula to a bowl, toss with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
 - Spread the prepared butter generously inside each sub roll. Layer with ham, brie, and a handful of arugula. Season with salt and pepper, then cover with the top half of the roll.
 - Prepare the lemonade by combining lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir well. Serve over ice if desired.
 - Plate the jambon beurre sandwich with potato chips and pickle spears. Serve with a glass of lemonade.
