Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 oz Pickle spears

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill on medium heat.
  • Mix the honey and bbq sauce in a bowl.
  • Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush each side with honey bbq sauce.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook on both sides until an internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Set aside to rest for 5 minutes and brush both sides of the chicken with more honey barbecue sauce.
  • Prepare the Wraps: Layer the tortillas with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced chicken. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
  • Mix the ingredients together for the sparkling lemon water. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the wrap with chips, pickle, and lemon sparkling water.
