Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 oz Pickle spears
Lemon Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water
- 1 Lemon sliced
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill on medium heat.
- Mix the honey and bbq sauce in a bowl.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush each side with honey bbq sauce.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook on both sides until an internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Set aside to rest for 5 minutes and brush both sides of the chicken with more honey barbecue sauce.
- Prepare the Wraps: Layer the tortillas with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced chicken. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
- Mix the ingredients together for the sparkling lemon water. Serve over ice if desired.
- Serve the wrap with chips, pickle, and lemon sparkling water.
