Ingredients
Green Goddess Wrap
- 1/4 cup Fresh chives finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 head Butter lettuce large leaves torn
- 1/4 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 2 large Flour tortillas
- 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced, ¼ inch thick
- 1 cups Alfalfa sprouts
- 1 Avocado thinly sliced
- 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips
- 2 Pickle Spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Make Green Goddess Dressing: Place chives, mayonnaise, tarragon, and yogurt in a blender along with zest and juice of the lemon, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Purée until smooth.
- Squeeze juice from the remaining lemon half over lettuce and cucumbers in a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil; season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the dressing in the middle of each tortilla.
- Layer the tortilla with lettuce, cucumbers, mozzarella, sprouts, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
- Serve green goddess wrap with cheddar chips, pickle, and lemonade.
