Ingredients

Green Goddess Wrap

  • 1/4 cup Fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 head Butter lettuce large leaves torn
  • 1/4 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 large Flour tortillas
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced, ¼ inch thick
  • 1 cups Alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 Avocado thinly sliced
  • 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips
  • 2 Pickle Spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Make Green Goddess Dressing: Place chives, mayonnaise, tarragon, and yogurt in a blender along with zest and juice of the lemon, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Purée until smooth.
  • Squeeze juice from the remaining lemon half over lettuce and cucumbers in a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil; season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Spread the dressing in the middle of each tortilla.
  • Layer the tortilla with lettuce, cucumbers, mozzarella, sprouts, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve green goddess wrap with cheddar chips, pickle, and lemonade.
