Ingredients

Sausage Patty

  • 4 oz Breakfast sausage patties

Bagel with Garlic-Herb Cream Cheese

  • 1 Your choice of bagel
  • 2 TBSP Garlic-herb cream cheese

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Eggs

  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking oil

Coffee

  • Coffee brewed to your liking
  • Your choice of creamer optional
  • Your choice of sweetener optional

Fruit

  • 2 cups Mixed fresh fruit e.g., berries, pineapple chunks, or your choice, washed and prepared as needed

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Cook sausage: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  • Prepare eggs: In the same pan, add a small amount of oil or butter if needed. Crack in the eggs and cook to your desired style (scrambled, fried, or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast bagel: Slice the bagel in half and toast until golden. Spread each half with garlic-herb cream cheese.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the eggs with sausage patty, ½ bagel, fruit, coffee and orange juice.
