Sausage Patty
- 4 oz Breakfast sausage patties
Bagel with Garlic-Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 Your choice of bagel
- 2 TBSP Garlic-herb cream cheese
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter or cooking oil
Coffee
- Coffee brewed to your liking
- Your choice of creamer optional
- Your choice of sweetener optional
Fruit
- 2 cups Mixed fresh fruit e.g., berries, pineapple chunks, or your choice, washed and prepared as needed
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Cook sausage: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Prepare eggs: In the same pan, add a small amount of oil or butter if needed. Crack in the eggs and cook to your desired style (scrambled, fried, or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast bagel: Slice the bagel in half and toast until golden. Spread each half with garlic-herb cream cheese.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Serve the eggs with sausage patty, ½ bagel, fruit, coffee and orange juice.
