Ingredients

Iced Ginger Tea

  • 24 oz Water
  • 4 Ginger tea bags
  • Ice cubes

Air Fryer French Fries

  • 2 Russet potatoes cut into thin strips and soaked in water
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Currywurst

  • 8 oz Bratwurst Links
  • 1 tsp Avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 2 TBSP Water

Instructions

  • Bring water to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat, add ginger tea bags, and steep. Remove tea bags and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice cubes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toss the potatoes with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C), shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bratwurst on a baking sheet and bake until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the oven and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in curry powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook briefly to toast the spices.
  • Add ketchup and water, stirring to combine. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Add the sliced bratwurst to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve currywurst with French fries and iced ginger tea.
