Ingredients

Cold Cut Trio

  • 2 Sub rolls
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard (to taste)
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut to fit the rolls
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • ¼ cup Onion sliced thin
  • 3 oz Deli turkey salami
  • 3 oz Deli turkey ham
  • 3 oz Deli turkey bologna

For the Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes

For Serving

  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Assemble the Sub: Spread mayonnaise and mustard inside each sub roll.
  • Layer with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, turkey salami, turkey ham, and turkey bologna.
  • Make the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, and sugar.
  • Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Add ice cubes to chill.
  • Serve: Plate the sub with a side of barbecue chips and pickle spears. Pour the lemonade into glasses and serve chilled.
